Every Luggie scooter has a 14-character alphanumeric serial number (a combination of letters and numbers, with no spaces). This serial number helps our customer care team quickly identify your exact model and production details, making support, service, and warranty-related questions much easier to handle.

Where to Find Your Luggie Serial Number
You can find your Luggie serial number in two places.
A. On the Shipping Box
If you still have the original box your Luggie was shipped in, this is the fastest place to look.

Check the side of the box

Look for a label with a barcode

The 14-character serial number will be printed near the barcode
B. On the Scooter (Most Common)
If the box is no longer available, the serial number is also located directly on the scooter.
Follow these simple steps:

Place the scooter in the flat (unfolded) position

Make sure the chassis hooks are locked

Gently lift the front bumper

Stand the scooter upright

Look on the left inner frame for the serial number label
